PARTICIPANTS CAN NOT BE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS PER NCAA REGULATIONS
SAMPLE PRODUCTS
Your organization will have the opportunity to order as many sample products as you like before the fundraiser begins. However, sample products must be paid for in advance and can NOT be used to fulfill your final order. Acceptable payments for sample shirts include cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. No purchase orders will be accepted.
PAYMENT
Payment from organization to USA Screen Printing must be made with cash, Visa, MasterCard, purchase order (schools only) or one check* before order is received, unless prior arrangements are made. Checks MUST clear our bank before order can be released.
TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS:
Churches and most schools are Oklahoma sales tax exempt, while most sports teams are not. If your organization is sales tax exempt, you will have a letter from the state of Oklahoma or a 6 digit permit number.
Proof of your organization’s Oklahoma sales tax exemption must be provided before your order can be released.
*If paying with check, name on check must match name on sales tax exempt letter.
NON TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS:
If your order is shipped or delivered, you will be charged tax at your address.
If you pick up your order, Oklahoma City tax will be charged at 0.08375.
Youth: X-Small (2/4), Small (6/8), Medium (10/12), Large (14/16)
Adult: Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2XL, 3XL
SELLING PACKETS
Selling packets are available in paper and digital format.
A sample order form can be emailed to you upon request.
If your group orders paper selling packets and does not sell an average of 1 shirt per packet, your organization will be charged the difference in selling packets at $0.50 per packet. (Example: Receive 500 selling packets, sell 450 shirts, owe $25 in packets.)
TURNING IN YOUR ORDER
Mail or bring in each participant’s totals form.
USA Screen Printing will individually package and label each participant’s order for you AT NO EXTRA CHARGE
RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT
You can pick up your order in Oklahoma City at no charge.
There will be a $15 delivery fee within the OKC metro area.
Shipping charges will apply outside the OKC metro area. This will be calculated at $0.25 per shirt plus an $8 initial fee.
