The first 90 days of employment at USA Screen Printing are considered a probationary period for all new employees. After satisfactory completion of 90 days, full time employees working at least 36 hours a week become eligible for our benefits package as follows:
Sick Pay:
Five days per full calendar year of employment
Holiday Pay:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day if the holiday falls on a regularly scheduled work day.
USA Screen Printing generously contributes 75% of the employee cost to our major benefit package. Eligibility requirements are the first of the month following completion of 6 months of employment for full time employees. Benefits Include:

After one year of full time service benefits include:
Simple IRA Retirement plan
We match up to 3% of an employees salary as long as the employee makes a minimum of $5,000 for the calendar year.
